Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment instructions are provided during the booking process, via payment link, or by invoice where applicable.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
By booking a session, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
If Waystone Games needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking option.
Please aim to arrive on time so sessions can begin comfortably.
If you expect to be running late, please contact us where possible.
Session length may need to remain unchanged to avoid impacting other bookings.
